Different Levels of Freelancers

In Seth's Golden Freelancers course, he categorizes freelancers into five different levels: the mechanical Turk, the handyman, the craftsman, the unique, and the remarkable. The mechanical Turk is the lowest level and refers to freelancers who rely on a middleman to provide them with clients. They don't need to worry about marketing, but they are replaceable and lack control over their work. The handyman is the next level, where freelancers are chosen because they are the easiest or only option available in their area of expertise. The craftsman, on the other hand, stands out from other freelancers by being genuinely invested in their craft and better than their competitors.
