It's an amazing accomplishment to even make the major leagues, but to become an all-star is an even more remarkable accomplishment. Enter Joe Mantiply. Joe has played 9 years of professional baseball, and at 31 years old he finally had his break-out season, leading to the first all-star appearance of his professional career. Joe credits his success to his attention to detail and consistent approach to improving through intentional and focused practice each day.
