- Dr Timothy Chou is a technologist, a lecturer, and published author. He has written a book called "Precision: Principles, Practices and Solutions for the Internet of Things" that delves into an Internet of Things many don't really understand yet. While most of us focus on the Internet of People (gadgets and things meant to be operated by people) Dr. Chou focuses on the IoT where people aren't just optional, they're unnecessary.
