About Ben Hamd

Ben is the Founder and Managing Director of Brookwood Capital Advisors. He speaks Arabic and English and will talk your ear off about value-add retail. Ben founded Brookwood Capital in 2016 to specifically address opportunity and investments in shopping centers, following a stint working as a Senior Associate at Triple Net Investment Group. He entered the commercial real estate industry working for Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in retail assets. 

Ben achieved his Bachelor’s of Science from The George Washington University.
