Carnivore Community Meeting with Dr Zsofia Clemens

Dr Clemens is a neurobiologist and clinical researcher in nutrition, nutritional therapy and brain research, and she is a specialist in paleolithic ketogenic physiology. She has previously worked with the National Institute of Clinical Neuroscience, Budapest and the Neurological Department, University of Pécs, Hungary and has been involved in research related to epilepsy and sleep, elecroencephalograpy, vitamin D and brain MRI. Currently she heads up the Paleomedicina Hungary research group which has been utilizing the paleolithic ketogenic diet exclusively in clinical practice since 2013. This method appears to have superior effectiveness to standard medical therapies. Paleomedicina asserts that patients are not just "treated" but cured if strictly adhering to the principles of their method. They are also involved in publishing their results. Their work has a wholly scientific basis and conforms to the major criteria of science: replicability, cognizability and biological plausibility.
