I brought Carl Paoli back for another episode. He's done a lot in his life so far and you can learn a little more about him in Episode 71 if you haven't already. A quick google, YouTube, or Amazon search will also help give you some context as to what kinds of things he's done leading up to today. 

We really leaned into our topics today coming up with questions and answers that weren't necessarily what we are used to hearing. I was inspired to choose these topics based on what my friends on Instagram have shared with me. 

We talked about how Integrity has become the goto word of 2019 and what that word means to our life's journey when you break it down. We talk about the word Authenticity and how it makes us feel. We talked about finding connection in life and fostering community. We talked about the topic of feeling lonely when not many people around us share our values. We talked about how to see more good and how often we feel that good people are hard to come by. 

We talked about staying positive during a holiday when you have very few reasons to feel positive.
