In this episode of the Simple Reflections Podcast I’m joined by Alf Pille from Bavaria.  Alf is the CEO of Naturschutzverband LBV, Bavaria’s oldest conservation association.

In this episode Alf and I talk about how developing his own understanding of the Three Principles has transformed his life and really shaped the way he leads LBV.  I hope you’ll find Alf’s approach to leading a large team of employees and volunteers interesting, thought provoking and potentially food for thought.

As with most of the conversations I have on the podcast we cover a number of varied topics as we explore together… I had no idea at the start of our time together that we’d be covering boxing and membership of choirs as well as leadership.
