Lysha Smith is on the show to share how you can better go for the things that are going to add to your life. She starts by encouraging you to imagine yourself at 80 and look back on how you spent your time on earth.
Doing this helped Lysha navigate her husband's cancer, their shared losses, and beyond. Lysha talks about how the lessons from the hardest time of her life have now translated to how she now navigates the "normal" hard days.
Through it all, Lysha learned how trying to focus on the good AND trying new things is what can bring light to her hard (and good) times. Bring on the healing AND the the hope!
