But it’s important to know that the way that we frame these behaviors MATTERS.

Certain framing leaves us feeling powerless and that we have little control over our behavior. But when we shift to a more agentic frame and take deeper responsibility for our lives and choices, we open ourselves up to making decisions that are more in line with our higher selves.
