For the past 30 years, Troy has been his own lab rat in the studies of holistic health, nutrition, human optimization, longevity, anti-aging, and more. Troy also has a YouTube channel, where he’s armed over 5,700,000 people with knowledge of health and high consciousness.
He devoted his life to restoring the planet from a young age. Troy even spent over 8 years living and working with the indigenous tribes in the Amazon rainforest, not only as a healer but also as a medicine hunter, utilizing some of the world’s most sacred plants. Troy has also studied Vipassana Meditation techniques, Ashtanga Yoga and more recently at the world famous CHEK Institute, working closely with Paul Chek.
Troy has lectured and taught throughout the world, appearing on numerous television shows, news programs, international documentaries and in many books around the world.
His vision for clean air, water, soil and equitable systems for all mankind in his lifetime drives his passionate work for personal and planetary wellness.
