

3 — Friday Fix: How to Throw Your Negative Thoughts Away and Feel Better Fast
We all have unhelpful and irrational thoughts sometimes. We exaggerate how bad something is, we beat ourselves up for a mistake that we made, or we predict bad things are going to happen.
Those types of thoughts can swirl around in our brains and keep us stuck in a negative pattern.
Fortunately, there are steps you can take to deal with those negative thoughts so they don't take a toll on you. Here's one of my favorite strategies for getting rid of the negative thoughts that aren't helpful.
