EP 26: Post-Helene Real Estate Woes in WNC with Leigh Brown

Hurricane Helene wrecked HAVOC on Western North Carolina (among other states) on September 26th, 2024. As a survivor of many hurricanes, including Hurricane Katrina, Courtney wants to highlight the realities of our neighbors in the areas impacted. This is the first of a few episodes to bring awareness to what has happened and how it will impact or already has impacted Real Estate in those areas.
