With dwelling approvals remaining close to record high levels and the latest housing credit data suggesting a slowing investment credit growth, will this lead to an oversupply in the Australian property market? On top of that, how is the lending sector affected by the recent changes put in place by Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA)?
