For past 10 years, I’ve been telling human stories online, but this one is the closest to my heart.
Today, I’m sharing a ground-level documentary on Punjab’s 2025 floods: a documentary film about seva, resilience, and the Khalsa spirit of miri-piri, power anchored in compassion. From the serenity of the Golden Temple to relief work across Ferozepur’s hardest-hit villages, this project is a love letter to courage and community.
This film is themed around Sikh values - seva, chardi kala (ever-rising spirits), and the deeper meaning of the Khanda and how they come alive when disaster strikes.
If this moves you, please donate. Punjab doesn’t need headlines; it needs long-term rehabilitation.
Inside the vlogumentary, you’ll see the real and the raw: on-the-ground visuals from flood-affected pinds (villages), community kitchens (langar), medical camps, essential relief distribution and honest conversations about loss, mental health, and hope. I’ve also shared behind-the-scenes moments from our travel, coordination with local teams, and what it takes to film responsibly while helping on the ground.
