About Today's Guest
Zac Cupples is a physical therapist and performance coach. He graduated from St. Ambrose University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2011 and orthopedic residency in 2013.
He's worked in just about every setting, from worker's compensation to pain management to the NBA (Memphis Grizzlies) to cash pay.
His goal is to take all the information he's learned in this field, including the 80+ continuing education courses he's been to, and teach the fam the most simple and effective methods in the easiest way to understand possible.
Currently, Zac runs zaccupples.com, which offers remote movement consultation, mentoring, and training. He also teaches the movement seminar "Human Matrix" across the world. And just for kicks, He's also the Physical Therapist and Education Director for Elevate Sports Performance and Healthcare in Las Vegas, NV, working with everyday and professional athletes alike, including golf, basketball, football, and mixed martial arts.
