What if you took a moment to step back; to slow down and stop to smell the roses?
Sometimes we can push so hard that we begin to run out of gas. The energy is no more. You become short in your tone of voice and all you want is for the day to end.
That's not living; it's barely surviving.
You matter!! And survival is not all you should be living for. You have gifts and talents to share. No more just loading the trucks.
Let your dreams soar every day.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Renew your focus! Like Mark Twain said, "Focus more on your desire than on your doubt, and the dream will take care of itself."Now the dream still will need your work. But when you renew your focus, it's not about the doubt. That's the key. Life may be throwing you for a loop and riding a roller coaster, but your focus doesn't have to focus on the C.R.A.P.!
Pause for the cause to renew your focus.
This is where you regain control of what you seemingly do not have control over.
So carve out more time for yourself and what matters to you. Say no more than you say yes. And don't forget that you get to decide how you want to engage in your every day.
The doubt may not disappear, but your focus will be renewed which will, in turn, drown out the doubt.
