What does it mean to stand up when called?
It means being ready and willing to fight for what you believe in or for what you are going after. It means having the courage to take action and push through your fears, even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain.
Think about some of the most successful people you know or admire. They didn't get to where they are by sitting back and waiting for things to magically happen. They took bold actions, persevered through setbacks, and believed in themselves and their abilities.

But, if we allow fear to hold us back, we are not only doing ourselves a disservice but also those who could benefit from our contributions.
