The way we work as men is very mechanical in nature, we'd love nothing more than to approach a woman and execute a series of rigid steps in order to get the desired outcome.
However, women are deeply complicated beings. So you need to develop the ability to read their behavior and use them as the barometer for how they are feeling about the situation. This will inform you on whether it's the right time to escalate the interaction into something sexual and not completely blow it.
