This quest led him to embrace the ketogenic diet, experiencing improved health and newfound freedom from constant refueling.
Sean's fascination with human endurance pushed him to accomplish extraordinary feats, such as completing a 198km race through the Jordanian Desert without refuelling.
At points in todays podcast I push Sean hard to back up his claims. This doesn’t come from a place of intolerance rather of curiosity. I’m fascinated by lower carbohydrate lifestyle and constantly find myself on the brink of making that shift.
