- Like yourself! Other people will like you to the degree that you like yourself.
- Don’t try to be perfect.
- Find out what you love to do, and do it!
- Set yourself goals and move towards their achievement.
- Be altruistic.
- Express your hurt feelings as soon as you can. Don’t wait to tell someone they’ve hurt your feelings.
- Every day, think about what is good and great about your life.
- Use the words, “I am choosing to,” or “I am choosing not to.”
- Eat some serotonin-boosting foods every day!
- Be tactile - touch someone or something alive every day.
