In this conversation Shelley speaks with Kerry about being proactive in dealing with the negative emotions we accumulate over time. She shares how being, quite literally, hit by a bus saved her life and helped her to recognise where her own mental health was being eroded.
Kerry works with individuals to create self-management systems and identify ways to avoid getting stuck in unresourceful thinking patterns. When we can build greater awareness around the things within our control we become more empowered and healthier, both mentally and physically.
