Goal and intention setting for 2021

I got a lot of questions from you all about how Hamish and I set our goals and intentions for each new year, and I wanted to give you the actionable steps that we take to refine how we want to approach a new year. 

In this episode, Hamish and I talk through our personal goals and intentions for 2021. My word for 2021 is EASE, and so when I look back on the sh*t storm that was 2020, I can be sure of what I want to take with me into 2021 to accommodate the ease I’m striving for. From reflection, I’m also able to look at what I want to leave behind.
