Rob Stuart is our people! We could have done a paddleboard sesh instead of recording this interview, but his information is too important not to capture and share. Rob has suffered massive amounts of health issues in his life, including skin issues such as eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, and rosacea, depression, and sore joints after he was done with his baseball career right here at the University of Utah (GO UTES!!!). He was determined to find the root cause of his issues and has fixed them all on his path! He is a certified yoga therapist and is the owner of Holistic Health Activation!
