Ari Meisel is an entrepreneur, author, CEO, TED speaker, real estate developer, green building consultant, and productivity expert. He wrote the book The Art of Less Doing, Replaceable, and Idea to Execution all of which have received acclaim for their insights into hacking productivity. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2007, Ari was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, which caused him to require over a dozen daily medications and several hospital visits. Despite the severity of his condition, he decided to do everything he could to strengthen his body, including Ironman races. In our conversation with Ari, we discussed his journey overcoming Crohn’s disease and how that low point led him to become hyper-focused on saving his time through productivity and lifestyle improvements.
