Abigail Goldberg is an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Temple University where she oversees training for the Owls Field Hockey, Track and Field, Women’s Cross Country and Spirit Squad teams. Prior to her current role she has also served as an assistant sports performance coach at Georgetown University and St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes Upper School in Washington, DC. Goldberg got her start in the profession after her undergrad interning at her alma mater, the University of Maryland, before joining the department as a part-time strength coach.
Abi is very active in training outside of her college teams, competing in multiple strength sports. Currently she competes in both powerlifting and strongwoman competitions.
