20 Books I suggest to Read in 2025. 📚

Y'all know I love to read. Here's my thoughts on what will benefit us in the Real Estate industry in 2025.

1. 12 Week Year - One of the best books on goal setting I've read.

2. Atomic Habits - Want a new year? Acquire new habits. Otherwise it will be just another year.

3. Shift - Even though aimed for agents, great book on a shifting market.

4. 10X Rule - Action is necessary. This has always been on my favorite books on taking action. Don't love everything about Cardone but there's gems still.

5. Extreme Ownership - 2025 will either happen to you or for you. Your choice.

6. Adversaries into Allies - A modern version of How to Win Friends and Influence People by my favorite author.

7. Getting to the Money - In a changing market - capital raising is key.

8. Obstacle is the Way - 2025 will hard in the same way 2023 and 2024 was hard. Great philosophical book on dealing with difficult times.

9. The Richest Man in Babylon - One of my favorite books on financial literacy. The basics on this front matters too.

10. Building Wealth in a Changing Market - My favorite Real Estate author's book on a changing market.

11. One Thing - Simple task - get focused in 2025.

12. Building Wealth with Foreclosures - No wave of opportunity but still opportunity will continue to exist in this realm.

13. The Negotiating Paradox - Barney is an old school Real Estate guy. Mike Zuber is calling for this to be the year to make a lot of "disrespectful offers". I may not like calling them that but I agree.

14. The Infinite Game - In a changing market - thinking long term matters.

15. Building Wealth One House at a Time - Reminder to go back to the basics. My favorite Real Estate book to refer.

16. Extreme Trust - My favorite business book and when I read this, it was a game changer for me.

17. Go Giver - I reread this multiple times a year. Always worth reading for the first time or again.

18. How to Finance... - Great case studies of being creative as an investor or an agent.

19. Grow Rich with Peace of Mind - A new favorite I found recently.

20. Who Not How - Although I am not the best for systems or scaling, this is the number #1 book I recommend on the topic.
