#73 Brent Vitiello | The Untold Brent Vitiello Story: ADHD, Mental Health Struggles, Founding Mos X Daily & Becoming A Better Man

In this episode, I sat down with Brent Vitiello. You may recognise Brent from his stint as a fan favourite on Married At First Sight. In this conversation I wanted to go deeper than he has ever gone in an interview before. I wanted to find out the real story of Brent Vitiello. What he is really like underneath the smile, tattoos and TV show's. What makes him tick, his biggest struggles and insecurities and what the future looks like.

Brent shares what his childhood was really like, growing up in Western Sydney relatively poor and struggling with ADHD from a young age.

Before going on Married At First Sight, Brent lived in Dubai for 7 years running one of the most successful events companies in the region. He would host events for some of the world's biggest stars including the likes of Will Smith.

Since then Brent gone on to launch Mos X Daily and founded an incredible foundation, 1 Dollar, One Dream that is changing the lives of hundreds of people living in third world countries. The journey that Brent has gone on researching the benefits of Sea Moss and how these communities sustainably farm it is nothing short of incredible.
