You just never know who might cross your path in life and when you'll meet someone that you instantly resonate with. Today's guest, who goes by the name of Mito, reached out to me recently to talk about red light therapy and mitochondrial health. After having a couple of intriguing phone calls with him (both of which I wish were recorded as episodes themselves) I knew I needed to get him on the podcast to talk some shop.
