After perhaps the hardest week in Israel’s history, Yonit and Jonathan discuss the mood inside the country, in the wider Jewish world and beyond. They talk through the implications of the new unity government and its planned response to last weekend’s Hamas massacres of 1200 Israeli civilians; the shoulder-to-shoulder solidarity of US President Joe Biden; and the first arguments about who is to blame for what was a catastrophic failure by Israel’s intelligence and political leadership.
