Ryan Mitchel Brown is a nutritional therapist and an autoimmune survivor who ended up spending over $20,000 of his hard-earned money trying to improve his own chronic health conditions, including a condition called TH-HDS Small Fiber Neuropathy, and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
Eventually, Ryan quit the conventional medical model and went back to school in order to figure out the root causes of his problems. During this time of self-discovery, Ryan found the power of embracing circadian principles, paired with a holistic approach to chronic diseases, which involved diet modification, which specifically involved using therapeutic metabolic therapy, targeted supplementation, and brain retraining.
These unconventional treatments eventually brought about a complete remission in several of Ryan’s health conditions. Now Ryan has worked with over one hundred autoimmune patients from all walks of life in order to help them achieve vitality using nature’s laws, and sound biological principles.
