Jim Hallinan (@jimmynutrition) is a nutrition and transformation coach, and co-host of The Other Side Lifestyle Podcast. He’s also a father, a teacher, and one of the deepest thinkers I know.

For various reasons Jim has been off his fitness game for a while. In this episode, we center the conversation around how he’s building back up. Life happens, we’re all going to get off track at some point in some way… and it’s ok.
