• 2 ounces tequila
• 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 1/2 ounce Aperol
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• 2 dashes bitters

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients and shake to combine. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange peel or rosemary sprig if desired.
