Lana shares that effectively navigating change requires leaders to slow down and "mine for descent" to bring concerns to the surface so they can be discussed and resolved. She encourages debate and discussion among the team to allow everyone to feel heard, contribute and get clear on how their workloads might adjust to avoid burnout and exhaustion.
