On June 29, 2014, Jimmy completed the Western States 100 Mile Endurance Run, his second of six 100-mile runs. Jimmy joins us with his virtual coach, Ian Sharman, to get a race report, discuss recovery for his third race, the Vermont 100 Mile Endurance Run, on July 19-20, 2014. Ian is well qualified to coach JDF since he is the current record holder for the Grand Slam of Ultra Running, which he set last year.
