There are many ways to boost your energy. One way is to look at hormetic stressors: 

  • Heat, cold, exercise and fasting. 
  • By putting yourself in physically stressful situations, this enables you to become more resilient.
  • All hermetic stressors put your body under physical stress, and as you become more physically resilient, you also become more mentally resilient.
