In this episode, co-hosts Jean Gomes and Scott Allender interview Dr K Kim, award winning author (including a research study titled "The Creativity Crisis" which was the subject of a 2011 Newsweek cover story), and Professor of Creativity & Innovation at the College of William & Mary. Dr Kim focused this research on the analysis of the Torrance creativity test that has been taken by millions of children in 50 languages over the past 50 years, and the realisation that the correlation to lifetime accomplishment is more than three times stronger for childhood creativity than childhood IQ. She is passionate about reversing that decline arguing that it is stalling our economy and our ability to solve the world's biggest problems.
