Whether you know it or not, you'll probably be eating soya today. It's reportedly in 60% of all packaged foods, from cheese to ice cream, baby formula to biscuits. In many cases, soya foods increases the protein content of meat products and replaces meat altogether in vegetarian and vegan foods.
