Jason Poston is a former professional body builder with numerous accolades to his name including finishing 3rd twice at the Mr Olympia competition. Jason was also in jail over 30 times before the age of 21 and was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 29 before he even thought of becoming a pro body builder.
