Boomer is a health optimization practitioner, advisor, and lover of all things strategy. He is the founding director and host of the Decoding Superhuman Podcast, a show dedicated to elevating the human experience.
Boomer works with entrepreneurs, CEOs, consultants, bankers and executives to battle issues like stress, sleep, burnout and balance. His company utilizes genetics and additional biomarkers to develop custom lifestyle modifications leading to increased physical and mental performance.
Boomer spends his time focused on Business Development for Smarter Not Harder, Inc., parent company of Troscriptions. He serves as the CEO of Health Optimization Practice Europe, a division of the Health Optimization Medicine and Practice Association. Boomer serves on the Board of Directors for Resilient Nutrition and the Board of Advisors for Welldium.
Boomer graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business. He is a certified Epigenetics Coach and member of the International Coaches Federation.
