AFTER THE MEDITATION: Write down the number you saw in your window.

Take this number and reduce it down to a single digit (unless it is a Master Number -11, 22, 33- then do not reduce to a single digit.) + Example, if you saw the number 21, take 2 + 1 = 3 + If you saw the number 100, then it would be 1+0+0=1 +

Keep reducing your number until it is a single digit.

Below is a description of each number and what it is communicating to you. Your intuition is calling into attention this theme and there is a reason why it came to you. Trust that your higher self is guiding you now. Reflect and journal on the number you saw.

1 - A new beginning is near. Focus on innovation and creativity. Embrace your independence and go after what you want. This is an incredibly ambitious number that came here to create a movement. Believe in yourself and embrace your ability to lead. Be sure not to fall into any negative thought patterns of self doubt, and instead, embody the confident leader that you are.

2 - Cooperation, balance and diplomacy are important at this time. Go slow and steady towards your goals. If you are facing conflict, be sure not to avoid it, but instead, approach it with harmony as the peacekeeper. Partnership in the form of a business collaboration or a romantic partner may be near.

3 - Prioritize socializing, communication and fun. Avoid any negative pitfalls of communication such as judgement or gossip.This is a powerful time to focus on your creativity and self expression. Are you expressing yourself in a way that is authentic to you? Or are you trying to please those around you? Embrace the sunshine number and shine bright.

4 - Focus on your foundations now. What needs to be tended to at home or at work during this time? Be sure not to be too rigid in your pursuits and to keep an open mind. Your hard work will pay off and a breakthrough is near.... but sometimes in order to breakthrough, we must breakdown. View yourself as the caterpillar melting down to become the butterfly.

5 - Time to embrace freedom and change. An unexpected curveball may be thrown your way. Excitement, travel and new experiences are calling to you. Be sure you are focusing on the people, places and things that uplift you and help you to feel free without giving into hedonism.

6 - Indulge in self-care and nurture yourself. Responsibilities may be burdening you. Examine what is truly important to give your energy to. Themes of home, family, healing and relationships are present now. This is a powerful time to call in romance or to deepen the love with your current partner.

7 - You may be in need of some solo time right now. Focus on grounding yourself and remaining singular focused. New areas of study will be calling to you and your spiritual self is expanding. Be sure to listen to your gut instincts; they are guiding you towards your sacred calling.

8 - You are supported in the material realm. Themes of money and power are arising. How are you empowering yourself and others? How are others exerting their power on to you? This is an amazing time to manifest your hearts desire, especially if it involves the material realm.

9 - A time of completion, surrendering and letting go. A chapter of your life is closing for a new one to begin. This is also a time give back and dedicate yourself to service.

11 - You are connecting with your intuition in a new and powerful way. The 11 is tapped into the cosmos and spirit world, and is known as the number of 'the psychic.' This is the spiritual thought leader who is able to access ancient wisdom in order to share it with the world. This is a powerful time to set an intention. Quiet the mind and listen closely to your gut instincts. You are awakening to deeper truths and receiving divine guidance from spirit/your higher self.

22 - You are architecting something major within your life right now. The foundations you are building will last a lifetime and support your highest goals and vision. Reflect on which areas of life you need to shift and innovate, and which ones are sturdy enough to continue building upon. Foundations such as home, relationships, and career are at the forefront now.

33 - Unconditional love. How are you showing unconditional love to yourself and to others? You may be tested in love or feel completely liberated by it. Nurture yourself and show up with an open heart in all situations arising now.
