Weston A. Price was a dentist who traveled the world in the early 1900s to study indigenous tribes and their diets. He discovered a strong correlation between diet and physical health, noting that these tribes had no dental issues or modern diseases until Western foods were introduced. He also found that their diets were predominantly based on animal foods, utilizing the entire animal.
