Jamies back from down under and the boys have invited our first ever guest back on the podcast - singer and songwriter RØRY - BUT this time, she is accompanied by her sober husband, Richard!

Richard Pink and Roxanne Emery (RØRY) are the couple behind @ADHD_Love on social media. Their videos have been watched over 200 million times! And they aim to break the stigma around ADHD by giving tips for better communication and finding happiness despite life's challenges. The couple are also both sober! And share their experiences of cutting alcohol and substance from their lives and the impact that had on their blossoming relationship.

Now this episode explores Rich’ journey into sobriety, how they met, how they helped his sobriety and their journey into forming ADHD Love! (please go back to Episode 1 if you want to hear more about RØRY’s story).

In a really powerful conversation, Rich opens up about how having a sober partner gave him the motivation to quit drinking and kept him on the clean and narrow.

In this episode, Jamie and Tom learn about the impact of alcohol on ADHD, how to turn frustration into patience and the headspace sobreity can bring your loved one.

Finally, we are so pleased to announce RØRY will be the final surprise guest for our live show at Leicester Square Theatre! Make sure to buy tickets now they’re flying off the shelf!

ADHD Love new book ’SMALL TALK' is available to pre-order UK. Don’t miss it!

I’ve been using Snipd for about a year and this app has been life changing. I listen to about 17 hours of podcasts a week and I want to take notes on 95% of them. Snipd makes it so easy to do. I can triple click my headphones and record a snip. The app also improves rapidly which is welcomed. It’s an easy subscription for me to pay.
