Nicholas Kelly is the Chairman and Co-founder of Axela – a company that combines healthcare technology and social care. At the time of recording, it is worth £5.1 million and has 1200 employees. Nick is a former RAF pilot and has worked for Apple and LinkedIn.
Nick joins me today to share what Axela are working on today and the new developments they have in the pipeline. He co-founded the company with his Mum and shares the relationship and partnership that has built between them. Nick shares how he found himself in the world of social care and how he managed to bring his love for technology, data and innovation into the industry.
