For this episode, we talk with Suzanne Chambers, the author of the amazing, must-read ‘’Facing the Tiger’.

Suzanne talks about how and why she wrote her book, the strength of mindfulness and why it’s not a policy for everyone, Masculinity in Chronic Disease Inventory (MCDI), individuality, and a lot more topics geared to helping patients with their journey.
