Samantha: Hello! i just had a question regarding the detox, i have been on it for over a week (im doing 14 days) and am experiencing bloating and have not lost a single pound. Is this suppose to happen during the detox period? Also i have had some mild increase in anxiety but am getting that under control. I am drinking more than enough water and have been pretty strict and am not sure why i am retaining the weight. I am 5'9 and 137 lbs. I would love an answer back to just see if i am doing something wrong. Thank you.

Alejandro: What are some fundamental steps I can follow if Im suffering from mialgic encefalomielitis and I have struggles even reading or talking with people? Best wishes.

Con: Hello, just wondering about the best way to begin treatment by Dr Cabral. I live in Australia, I already have various test results such as a fatty acids profile, hair tissue mineral analysis and gut explorer. Is Dr Cabral able to interpret these results during our first appointment, etc? Also, is there a waiting period that I could be placed on, etc? My health issues are quite complex so I presume I would require a fairly lengthy treatment plan. Thanks in advance, Con.

Megan: Hey Dr Cabral, firstly Thank you for all the incredible work you do. You are the first person in many many years to give me hope that I can get well and live a life beyond my dreams so for that I thank you! I have been listening to a recent podcast talks about a certain bacteria strain that is essential for healing leaking gut. The product is called Just which contains a patented strain called Bacillus Indicus. My question is are you aware of this product? I'm just curious as to why this strain isn't in the Daily Probiotic Support? I always like to learn and understand why that might be? They talk about it being able to heal leaky gut in many cases in 30 days. Thanks so much Meghan

Terry: Hi there, I have listening to your podcasts and reading your book. I am thinking about purchasing the 7 day detox. However, I have had issues with chorellla in the past. Yes, it was broken cell wall type. I threw it up. Has this come up with clients before? Is there any specific thing you suspect when clients have issues with Chlorella? I have been trying to heal many issues for a long time include lots of toxins, weight gain, irregular pain and stiffness, etc. A bit of background about me....Most of tests you recommend I have taken in the past (hair mineral analysis, thyroid panel, adrenal function, Genova diagnotstics lab evaluation of neurotransmitters, Krebs cycle, fats, etc) I have used the GAPS diet off and on since 2008. It works as long as I eat soup. I am aware that there are parasite issues, hormonal issues, blood sugar regulation issues, etc. I was low carb while on GAPS and that led blood sugar problems and weight gain (high cortisol). Now it is low.. Since I believe the issues were toxin related, I even did a week of Panche Karma with a practitioner in VA.

Candice: I am wondering if you can help address any issues with children? I've recently discovered you thanks to becoming a certified coach with Amanda in the curriculum, a few of your podcasts have been recommended. I am a RN turned stay at home mom but am constantly doing my own research and have turned to the more holistic side of health; so much so that, if I were to go back into the clinical field, my conscience would not allow me to go back in the same capacity I once was. I say all that just to reach out regarding my 8 year old daughter who I constantly battle stomach issues with. I won't go into detail here as I"m not even sure you can address someone that young, but I wanted to reach out here before seeing her local pediatrician and them just prescribing her another pill or wanting to run a myriad of tests that will likely not even address the root cause of whatever is going on. Samantha: Hi Dr. Cabral, I have been listening to your podcast since mid-2018 and find your topics so informative and important. Thank you for sharing this valuable information to everyone! My fiance has random outbursts of allergic reactions that cause either his lip or tongue to swell. This typically happens right when he wakes up and they happen randomly. He has never noticed it to be from a specific food that he has eaten. He has been tested for allergies and the test came back inconclusive because he is allergic to so many specimens. He was told he has angioedema and that it is incurable but can be treated with medication. The last reaction he had started on the left side of his lip when he woke up in the morning, but by the end of the day it had moved to the right side of his lip. I know this random swelling is not a normal thing and I am hoping you can recommend a test to take or what might be causing it? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Samantha
