There is a lot of attention for diversity in the Media. For example, the public opinion does not accept a talkshow table full of white, middle aged men anymore. This trend is also reflected within organisations. Diversity programs, diversity managers or even departments and a whole army of diversity consultants. But does all this attention lead to the right results, the right culture and right working environment? The terms Equity and Inclusion were probably added for a reason! How can you make your hiring process, your working environment, meeting et cetera truly inclusive?
