Rates of burnout are on the rise. The State of Workplace Burnout 2023 Report found an increase in burnout rates from 29.6% in 2020 to 38.1% in 2022.
We could be on track to lose more than half of our workforce due to absenteeism and turnover as a result of burnout. How do we stop it?
