In this episode, I addressed the challenging reality of America's obesity epidemic, emphasizing the importance of facing the truth and calling out the facts. Not from a place of judgment, but more a place of concern. For the first time in history there are more people dying from too much food, instead of too little food. I also discussed learning from so called set backs in your journey to become the best you. Sometimes you get hit with some truth serum and that is a gift, not a curse.
