At 50, she embraced the midpoint gear shift with absolute fearlessness and tenacity. She's also an extremely kind, giving person who's grounded by family and believes strongly in supporting those in need.
But Penny spent much of last year's lockdown plagued by hot sweats, mood swings, sleepless nights and a changing physique.
