Chris Liddle (@christianliddle) is a personal trainer, online coach, podcast host and consultant based in Edmonton, Alberta. Chris actually got his start in the film industry before finding a passion in fitness. He now coaches fitness clients and helps other coaches on the tech related to online coaching.

AI is here to stay, and you’d do well to learn how to use it to your advantage. Like anything else, it’s really good at some things, and not so great at others. Chris and I discuss how you can best use AI tools like ChatGPT to best help with your own training and nutrition.
